Group Breathwork Sessions
The goal of Introspective Breathwork™ is to create a somatic healing opportunity to release stored energy in the body and move through stuck trauma. Group breathwork is very intimate with smaller groups led by skilled mental health counselors. Each session will last approximately for 2.5 hours including 100 minutes of breathing; This extended format allows for a deeper experience as well as processing afterwards.
Please bring your favorite blanket and pillow.
Please review and sign the “begin the journey” form so you can understand the process and agree to joining voluntarily before we breathe.
