The goal of Introspective Breathwork™ is to create a somatic healing opportunity to release stored energy in the body and move through stuck trauma. Individual sessions are fully tailored to you, your needs, and your goals. Group breathwork is still very intimate with smaller groups led by skilled mental health counselors.
