This whole weekend workshop will be led by guest facilitator Lisa McNett, founder and teacher of the One Breath Institute, and Brennon Moore LPC, CADCII, CTT.
This retreat will take a deep dive into the ways we end up giving our personal power and strength away, the internal family systems and parts of self that often drive limiting or self-sabotaging behaviors, and how to step into our full and authentic self by understanding boundaries, gaining clarity, and getting deep insight via Introspective Breathwork and experiential group modalities.
